Sourcing

We buy only from manufacturers that hold a valid FSSAI licence and ISO 22000 or HACCP certification. We check their certificates before every order and keep copies on file.

Testing

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis covering moisture, microbiology (total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella) and heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic). Pesticide residue or aflatoxin tests can be arranged at an accredited laboratory on request.

Traceability

For every shipment we link the manufacturer’s batch number, its Certificate of Analysis, our export invoice and the shipping bill, so any lot can be traced back to the production batch.

Export documents

Each shipment is supplied with the documents your customs and your quality team need:

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Bill of lading
  • Certificate of Analysis for the batch
  • Phytosanitary or health certificate where the destination requires one
